For an Indian destination wedding in Portugal, we recommend starting the planning process 12–18 months in advance. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred venue, accommodation, and suppliers, particularly if you're planning a multi-day celebration during the peak wedding season.

This is one of the first questions almost every couple asks when beginning their wedding planning journey. The truth is that every celebration is unique, and your overall investment will depend on many factors, including your guest count, number of events, venue, décor, catering, entertainment, and the experience you wish to create.
We understand that planning a wedding is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll make, and we believe you deserve to make that decision with clarity and confidence. That's why we offer a complimentary consultation where we'll take the time to understand your vision, explain how we can support you, and provide indicative investment estimates for the areas that typically have the greatest impact on your overall budget—such as the venue, catering, photography and videography, décor, and entertainment.
Book your complimentary call today [link].If you choose to work with us, we'll guide you every step of the way with complete transparency—helping you prioritise what matters most, make informed decisions, present options that align with your budget, and find thoughtful, creative solutions that maximise your investment.

Yes. In fact, Portugal has become one of Europe’s leading destinations for Indian weddings, offering an incredible selection of venues for multi-day celebrations—from luxury hotels and palaces to private estates and traditional quintas.
While many venues are already familiar with Indian weddings, previous experience should not be a concern. Our team works closely with every venue and supplier to translate your vision, explain the cultural and logistical requirements, and ensure every tradition and detail is fully understood and seamlessly brought to life.

Not necessarily. The entire planning process can be managed remotely through regular meetings, detailed planning, and local coordination, allowing us to handle everything on your behalf.
If you'd like to experience Portugal before your wedding, many couples choose to visit twice during the planning journey. The first visit is usually at the beginning to tour venues and make key decisions. The second typically takes place closer to the wedding and may include the technical venue walkthrough, menu tasting, décor preview and, if desired, a pre-wedding photoshoot.
We would be delighted to plan your visits, accompany you through every decision, and help you make the most of your time in Portugal.
These visits are entirely optional, and we'll tailor the planning process to what works best for you.

No—we believe every wedding should be built around the couple, not around a fixed list of suppliers.
We work with a carefully curated network of trusted venues and suppliers across Portugal, selected for their professionalism, quality, and reliability to ensure your wedding is delivered seamlessly. However, we are not tied to any exclusive partnerships or commission-based agreements that influence our recommendations.
Every venue and supplier we recommend is chosen because we genuinely believe they're the best fit for your vision, style, budget, and the experience you want to create. description

Portugal’s mild climate makes it a beautiful destination for weddings throughout much of the year. The main wedding season generally runs from May to October, with June, July, and August being the busiest months.
Spring and early autumn are particularly lovely for couples seeking warm, pleasant weather without the intense heat of midsummer.
Of course, no weather can ever be guaranteed. That’s why, from the very beginning, we help you choose the best season and venue for your celebration and ensure every event has a thoughtful contingency plan in place, so you can feel confident whatever the forecast.
